So I’ve been doing my HIT routine enough to get the hang of all the exercises but I’ve been slacking on my diet a bit. I’m stuck at 134lbs (for over 2 weeks). I need to keep counting my calories well and make sure I hit that 3000 calories per day mark.I have also realized that I have been doing my HIT routine for almost 2 months and have only been through 1 month worth of routines… I need to start hitting the gym more often to make better gains.
It is really good that I have been documenting everything really well because If i hadn’t, I probably wouldn’t have realized that I need to increase my gym visit frequency. I’m also trying to get over a lousy cold at the moment, so until I’m completely over it (hopefully by tomorrow) I wont be able to kick things into hard gear.
